It is a nice getaway in the mountains from the heat and humidity of Malaysia.

What was the highlight of Strawberry Park Resort
Good hotel, staff were good on the most part.
It’s a nice property. Rooms are spacious. Location is a bit out of the way but we had a car so was not a problem. Chinese restaurant was really nice.
The gentleman that checked us in was really forceful about paying the tax which I said I had already paid. So as I was just getting the email from booking.com to show him he was being quite impatient and his colleague had to say calm down to him and let them check. It was just a bit unexpected given we had not been rude at all and politely requested he gave us time to check. As we thought, we had already paid it so I’m glad we did check and didn’t get pressured into just paying it! All the other staff were pleasant but it just puts you off when that’s the first person you interact with.

Pleasant stay
We loved the location. Quite secluded. The rooms are naturally cold from the breeze uphill. Perfect for those who wants to have a relaxed and calm stay.

It was a good location and scenery but the hotel would benefit from putting more eyes into small details.
The surrounding nature and spacious rooms.
The hotel didn’t provide any hand towels until asked for specifically. The hot water kettle was old and not clean… didn’t feel comfortable boiling water in there for tea.
